King David's Court is a majestic group of Knights (Donors) and Princes/Princesses (Survivors) who are united behind the Skull Base Foundation's "Tumor Slayers Unite" campaign to help fund innovative research and save the lives of economically challenged children and adults enduring life-threatening brain tumors. King David's Court is dedicated to educating the public about the unfortunate reality that each year over 200,000 individuals are diagnosed in the United States with brain tumors that have no socio-economic boundaries and do not discriminate on the basis of age, gender or ethnicity.
