FOX NEWS - SKULL BASE TUMOR

Linda Vester: We have a special update on a little boy featured here on Dayside - nine-year-old David Dingman-Grover. His parents had an Ebay auction to raise money for a rare kind of surgery for his brain tumor. David had nicknamed the brain tumor "Frank" for Frankenstein. Just in case you don't remember, here's David when he was on Dayside several weeks ago.

Linda: After surgery, David, will you come visit us here in the studio?

David: Um...maybe.

Laughter.

Linda: He plays hard to get. Well, the good news is today he's out of surgery. Doctors were able to remove most of "Frank" and they now say, young David is doing just great. Now, we have to go.
