ABC - ENDOSCOPIC PITUITARY

MichelleTuzee: A heartwarming sight at CS Medical Center, a 44-year-old blind woman was able to see her son for the first time in two years. Seven-year-old Miles Griffin brought flowers. His mother was suffering from a massive tumor at the base of her brain that damaged her pituitary gland and was pressing on her optic nerve, causing her to lose her vision. This week, it all changed thanks to a new surgical technique.

Adrian Griffin: This is a complete miracle. It's been a...an incredible journey for me. The...uh... having a tumor that caused so many problems in my body and not knowing what was going on. It affected my work, it affected my ability to be a Mom and I'm just happy and it's just... I just had the surgery the other day and I'm doing so much better.
